CEO of Leading Public Health
Through Leading Public Health, Ron has focused his facilitation services, consultation, training and coaching in public health since 1999. Clients include a number of divisions and centers of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), multiple state and local departments of public health, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the World Health Organization (WHO), several private and educational institutions, and a varied mix of national, regional and local coalitions and non-governmental organizations. His passion is the realization of human and organizational potential.

Master Facilitator and Trainer
Natalie Gallagher is a professional educator, bringing an uncommonly strong foundation for learning and practice into her facilitation, training, coaching and consultation. Her experience in public health spans the federal, state, local and partner continuum including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Natalie is especially talented in the arena of communication and speaking, involving long-time training and coaching with multiple TEDx programs and through Toastmaster International. Her passion is in using the essentials of learning in order to enhance all our offerings.

About Monique Inge
Facilitator, Trainer and Manager
Monique Inge plays an invaluable role in a wide array of Leading Public Health activities including development of strategic plans and initiatives for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and development of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) plans and delivery of DEI trainings. These efforts have also bridged into arenas beyond public health where strategy and DEI activities are priorities.
Monique is passionate about working with organizations to ensure that their plans, mission and operations are effective, and that a DEI lens is a valuable practice. As a former adjunct professor for Fort Valley State University, Monique believes that education and awareness are the keys to success in all that we do.
